Bored
Today has been really uneventful. I am soooo bored it isn't funny. I slept in until a quarter till 1. And then I've listened to the radio, read, and played on the computer all day. Bored bored bored.
Homestar Runner
I love Homestar Runner!!!
This is one of my favorite websites!!
www.homestarrunner.com
It is absolutely hilarious!! If you are going to check this website out, you have to check out the Strong Bad e-mails. Strong Bad is this really obnoxious character with 2 brothers ( Strong Mad- a wrestler type character who mostly just yells
and Strong Sad- an elephant-like character who suffers from severe melancholia
) So the point of SB e-mails is fans of the website send e-mails to a given address (I've done this once) and if by pure dumb luck you get picked, Strong Bad will obnoxiously answer your e-mail in a weekly episode of SB e-mail, which are mostly very funny. Another very good part of Homestar Runner is Teen Girl Squad. They don't make new episodes anymore but you can still watch the old ones in the toons section. They are very funny if you like slapstick comedy drawn in pencil. And last but not least, in the characters page, The Poopsmith. Watch his character video in the characters section. What can I tell you about the poopsmith before you go to the website? Well, I guess I would have to say
"The poopsmith is a good guy. He just has a crappy job."

Poor Kids!!
Sometimes for fun I like to look at the babies on the Mount Carmel online nursery. I love babies!! But what amazes me is how inconsiderate their parents are! They give these poor kids names that I don't think that they realize the kid is going to have to live with forever. The names now contain symbols like @,#,&, and copyright and trademark signs. These poor kids!Do the parents realize how hard it will be for the kid to type their names into a computer. how many 5th graders know how to program a copyright sign into the computer? It's just awful. On one day I counted about 5 names with symbols. Here are a few of my "favorites"-

NAYC
I just returned from North American Youth Congress. This year it was in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena. It was such a great time! There were about 15,000+ Pentecostal Teenagers there. It was amazing! The speakers in the evening were awesome! Bro. Mark Johnston preached on Thursday night. He preached at Senior High Camp this year and is one of my favorite evangelists. He preached on "Apostolic Dew" and illustrated how our lives and witnessing to people should be with Mountain Dew. The three parts to his message were,
- The Dew is True- this is pretty much self-explanatory, God's word is true!
- The Dew is New- the generation of today has new and creative ways of bringing non-believers and backsliders into the church
- The Dew is You- the last generations power in the church was great, but this generation is the greatest power thus far
The service after that was amazing and the response was unbelievable!

why you should just stay friends!!!!
When I had a boyfriend, there were times when I got amnesia and missed being single. Now that I am back to the single life, I realize why I hated it so much. STARTING OVER WITH SOMEONE IS HARD! For example I've had this friend for a couple years now, a guy friend. While I was at camp I started to get a crush on him. Well, he found out. Let's just say I have become quite good at dodging someone with about .00000000000000006 seconds notice. Apparently a few of my friends decided that they would "help" me out a little bit. They asked him if he liked me. I reeeeeeeeeeeaaallly didn't want them to ask that because I knew that the answer would be no. But they did anyway. It's a wreck. I think that there should be some kind of physical adaptation that you can't get a crush on someone once you've become friends and have no desire to go any further. I t would help alot of people.
